Gymnastics floor skills - Ages 6-8 years

Service Description

A 45 minute course introducing and developing younger gymnasts to a variety of floor skills including handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls and flexibility. Please note that gymnasts will not access bars, beams or vault during this session.
